Organic Veg Box

The best way to stick to a healthy diet is preparation.  I’ve previously tried to plan my meals in advance but have always struggled to find inspiration for new meals.  Finding interesting and healthy recipes, then writing a list of the ingredients I needed always seemed like too much of a chore as I hate writing a food shopping list.  I love eating and I enjoy cooking but when it comes to writing a grocery list it tends to consist of “meat, veg, fruit, snacks, baby food”. Dumbbell Workout

Like many women, I steered clear of weights when exercising as I was worried about becoming too muscly and bulky.  I much preferred cardio workouts and enjoyed keeping fit by walking, occasionally running and swimming. I had my first child 18 months ago and am currently 28lbs heavier than my ideal weight.
